Art Therapy Group for Late-Diagnosed Neurodivergent Individuals

Starting Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 | Fortnightly at 1 PM | Stirling

This art therapy group is designed for late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals to explore and express their unique identities in a supportive, neuro-affirming space. Together, you’ll create, connect, and celebrate neurodivergence without judgment.

 

What to Expect:

​

  • A Safe, Neuro-Affirming Space: Join a small group of like-minded individuals who understand and respect the neurodivergent experience.

  • Guided or Themed Activities: Each session will include a guided activity or theme to spark creativity, but you’re encouraged to think outside the box and follow your own creative direction. There are no rules—just possibilities!

  • Exploration of Neurodivergence: Use art as a tool to explore your neurodivergent identity, express your experiences, and celebrate what makes you unique.

  • Creativity Without Judgment: Whether you follow the theme or go your own way, the focus is on creative freedom and self-expression.

  • Reflection Time: There will be a quiet, reflective space at the end of each session. You are welcome to reflect on your process or share with the group if you feel comfortable.

 

Session Details:

  • Location: Stirling (address provided upon booking)

  • Dates: Every second Tuesday, starting March 25th

  • Time: 1 PM - 2 PM

  • Group Size: Limited to 3-5 participants for an intimate, supportive environment

  • Cost: $50 per session (to be paid in advance for each session)

There is no expectation to share your artwork or reflections unless you choose to do so. This group is all about exploring creativity in a safe, judgment-free space where your neurodivergent identity is celebrated and affirmed.

Online Art Therapy Group for Neurodivergent Individuals

 

Starting Tuesday, April 8th, 2025 | Fortnightly at 10 AM | via Google Meet

 

This online art therapy group is a safe, supportive, and neuro-affirming space for neurodivergent individuals to explore and express their unique identities. Whether you're looking to connect with others, celebrate your neurodivergence, or explore creativity, this group provides an inclusive environment free from judgment.

 

What to Expect:

  • A Safe, Neuro-Affirming Space: Connect with like-minded individuals who understand and respect your neurodivergent experience.

  • Guided or Themed Activities: Each session will feature a creative activity or theme to spark inspiration, but feel free to explore and follow your creative direction. There are no rules—just possibilities!

  • Exploration of Neurodivergence: Use art as a tool to reflect on and express your neurodivergent identity, and celebrate what makes you unique.

  • Creativity Without Judgment: Focus on self-expression, with no pressure to share unless you choose to.

  • Reflection Time: After the activity, you’ll have a chance to reflect quietly or share your experience with the group if you feel comfortable.

  • Materials: Each session will require you to supply your own materials. Don't worry about fancy art supplies! The focus will be on using easy-to-access items, so feel free to get creative with what you have on hand.

 

Session Details:

  • Location: Online via Google Meet

  • Dates: Every second Tuesday, starting April 8th, 2025

  • Time: 10 AM - 11 AM

  • Group Size: Limited to 6 participants, with a minimum of 3 people needed to go ahead with the session.

  • Cost: $40 per session (to be paid in advance to secure your spot)

 

There is no expectation to share your artwork or reflections unless you're comfortable doing so. This group is designed to be a judgment-free zone where you can freely explore creativity while affirming your neurodivergent identity.

 

Booking and Payment Information:

  • Limited spaces available: Contact me to book your spot as spaces are limited.

  • Payment Required: Payment is needed in advance to secure your place in the group.

  • Cancellation Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. This means that if you cancel within 24 hours of the session, the full session fee will be charged. Please plan accordingly to avoid being charged.
