Who I Support

I work with adults who move through the world with sensitivity, depth, and a nervous system that feels things intensely. Many of the people I support are neurodivergent, creative, or quietly carrying long histories of coping alone. They’re often exhausted from masking, overwhelmed by expectations, or unsure how to soften without falling apart.

 

You might recognise yourself in one or more of these experiences:

  • Burnout and overwhelm - especially the kind that comes from years of masking, caring for others, or pushing through sensory and emotional fatigue.

  • Late‑identified neurodivergence - navigating the relief, grief, confusion, and self‑rebuilding that can follow an autism or ADHD discovery.

  • Sensory overload and shutdown - needing a therapeutic space that honours pacing, quietness, and the body’s signals.

  • Identity and self‑connection - feeling lost, numb, or unsure who you are beneath years of coping strategies.

  • Creative disconnection - longing to reconnect with your inner world, expression, or imagination.

  • Relational trauma - especially the subtle, chronic, or complex forms that shape how you trust, attach, and protect yourself.

  • Emotional shutdown or numbness - when talking feels hard, and you need a therapist who can meet you gently without pressure.

 

Approach

My approach is slow, sensory‑aware, and grounded in lived experience. I offer a quiet space where you don’t have to perform, mask, or explain the parts of you that feel “too much” or “not enough.” Together, we move at a pace your nervous system can hold - with softness, creativity, and deep respect for your inner world.
